Created in 2003, under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Maritime Fisheries, the Royal Society for the Encouragement of the Horse (SOREC) has as its main missions the supervision of breeding, the development of horse racing, and the management of horse betting in Morocco.
By virtue of its mission, SOREC supervises horse societies, supports breeding programs as a partner of breeder associations, and works to improve national equestrian infrastructure.
In addition, SOREC is committed to a policy aimed at improving the competitiveness of Moroccan breeding and invigorating the horse market.
SOREC covers the entire country with 5 stud farms, 43 stud stations, and 11 equine breeding promotion centers, in addition to numerous collaborations with the main equine associations in the kingdom.

Job :
Reporting to the Industry Department, your main mission will be to ensure the maintenance of arenas and paddocks and to maintain equipment to ensure availability, in compliance with schedules, in order to guarantee the smooth running of events at equestrian sites.
As such, your main activities will be:
Equestrian ground maintenance
- Ensure the maintenance of the equestrian ground (equestrian arenas, race tracks, paddocks)
- Ensure the maintenance of the irrigation system
- Ensure the maintenance of the rails
- Ensure the follow-up of green space maintenance.
Equipment maintenance
- Ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of equestrian ground maintenance equipment:
• Watering tanks and pumps
• Tractors
• Starting gates
• Obstacles
• Electronic displays
• Walkers
Required profile :
As a potential candidate, you:
- Have a Bac +3 (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in electromechanics, civil engineering with proven experience in a similar role
- Master Auto Cad
- Have strong skills in Mechanics, Earthworks, Hydraulics, and Electricity
- Have an ethical behavior
- Are Compliant and rigorous
- Have team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
