Our client, an industrial player in the aeronautics sector, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper functioning of its buildings and facilities, as well as to carry out installation and improvement work on its production site.

Reporting to the Head of General Services, you will work independently on a varied range of equipment in an industrial environment that demands high quality and safety standards.

Job :

Interventions and diagnosis

Carry out maintenance interventions based on requests from your hierarchy, respecting the defined priority order.
Establish a diagnosis based on the collection of facts, identify the probable and then actual causes of breakdowns by using manufacturer documentation, intervention history, feedback, and, if necessary, technical support from the manufacturer.
Repair or replace faulty components, and get quotes for spare parts from suppliers.
Minimize the downtime of facilities and inform your hierarchy as well as user departments about the progress and completion of the intervention.
Ensure the good condition of the tools and equipment entrusted to you.

Quality and traceability

Guarantee the quality of the work carried out.
Fill in historical records and all necessary information for the traceability of interventions.

Safety, environment, and continuous improvement

Perform only the interventions for which you are authorized, in strict compliance with safety instructions and environmental regulations.
Alert anyone placing themselves at risk and report any anomalies observed.
Apply the 5S method to your workstation and your work sites, and ensure the cleanliness of the intervention areas.
Use continuous improvement tools (root cause analysis / RCA in particular).

Initiative and sharing

Propose improvement solutions to optimize the availability, reliability, maintainability, and safety of the facilities.
Share your know-how with your colleagues and external stakeholders.
Be mindful of energy and consumable consumption, and be able to justify proposed expenditure requests.

Required profile :

Education: Associate's degree (Bac+2) in industrial maintenance or equivalent field.
Technical skills: Mastery of technical specifications in electricity, industrial mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Certifications: electrical / working at heights / others
Experience: 3 years in a similar position in an industrial environment
