Job :

Monitoring of construction and finishing works for real estate projects:

- Supervise all construction and finishing works of the structures
- Check that the works carried out comply with the project plans and specifications
- Plan, and ensure that deadlines are met by the different parties involved
- Coordinate all service providers and project management
- Assist and participate in the acceptance of works by the project management
- Ensure the delivery of properties or structures and provide after-sales service and ensure proper operation during use
 

Required profile :

Associate's degree (Bac+2) or professional license in civil engineering and building.

Mandatory experience of at least 5 years.
Mastery of techniques for managing construction sites and projects in all technical, electrical, and plumbing (TCE) aspects (Monitoring, coordination, and supervision of works)
Mastery of technical building systems (structural work, plumbing, air conditioning, electricity, etc.)
Mastery of architectural trades (Finishes, false ceilings, dry partitions, etc.)
Planning
Compliance checks and acceptance of works.
