Joining a dynamic structure in the health sector in Mohammedia is a stimulating opportunity for a passionate laboratory technician . This mission consists of ensuring the reliability of analyses on a daily basis within a rigorous environment focused on scientific excellence.
Success in this role relies on exemplary technical precision to ensure the quality of results provided to patients and practitioners. The main objective remains strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards in effect, while actively contributing to the smooth running of diagnostic processes within the laboratory.
Daily routine involves great versatility and constant methodological rigor . Responsibilities include:
- Preparation and processing of biological samples according to established protocols.
- Handling of specialized analysis equipment .
- Data entry and results management using internal software.
- Ensuring compliance with quality control procedures at each step of the process.
Required profile :
A Bac+2 level education is required, ideally obtained in a specialization within medical, paramedical, health, or social fields .
Significant
professional experience between 1 and 3 years in a laboratory environment is necessary for immediate and autonomous onboarding.
Mastery of laboratory fundamentals is essential, combined with a high capacity for organization and concentration. The expected skills are:
- Ability to perform biological analyses according to current protocols and procedures
- Good command of laboratory equipment and analyzers, as well as associated computer systems.
- Strictly adhere to rules of asepsis, hygiene, safety, and sample traceability.
- Versatility, scientific rigor, and ability to work in a team in a demanding clinical environment.
