Job :

ARTIS FACILITIES, a player in the Facilities Management sector, is recruiting a Maintenance Technician to strengthen its teams and ensure the maintenance of the facilities at its various sites.

 Missions

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance operations for equipment and installations.
• Diagnose breakdowns and identify the cause of malfunctions.
• Carry out necessary interventions and repairs.
• Check the proper functioning of equipment after intervention.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety instructions.
• Monitor interventions and report any anomalies found.
• Write maintenance reports and fill in tracking tools.
• Participate in the improvement and optimization of installations.
• Ensure the proper working condition of the equipment.

Required profile :

We are looking for a professional with 3 to 5 years of mandatory experience in a similar role.

A Bac+2 / Specialized Technician training in Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, Refrigeration, HVAC, or equivalent technical field.

• Practical experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Rigor, reactivity, and autonomy.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Good team spirit and sense of responsibility.
