Join a dynamic company in the Industrial sector as a Senior Mechanic Technician. Based in Casablanca, this key position will allow you to use your technical expertise at the heart of our operations.
Your role will be essential in ensuring the reliability and performance of our equipment. You will actively contribute to optimizing maintenance processes, reducing downtime, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Your main tasks will include:
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex mechanical equipment.
- Work on various industrial installations, applying best technical practices.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
- Ensure technical documentation and track interventions.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams.
- Supervise and advise less experienced technicians.
Required profile :
You hold a Bac +2 level diploma (equivalent to a 2-year college degree in the US).
With significant experience of 10 to 20 years in similar roles, you have in-depth knowledge of industrial environments.
Your background has allowed you to develop strong skills in:
- Mechanical maintenance (assembly, disassembly, adjustment, troubleshooting).
- Knowledge of different types of industrial machinery.
- Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.
- Ability to diagnose complex breakdowns.
- A specialization in Production, Quality, Safety, or Maintenance is a major asset.
- Autonomy, rigor, and initiative.
- Teamwork ability and good interpersonal skills.
