Job :

Your main tasks as a Service Desk Technician:

  • Resolve customer technical incidents;
  • Handle user requests (Calls + Emails);
  • Maintain communication between different support levels;
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement and comply with contractual commitments and group security rules.

Required profile :

Training and Experience:

  • Education level: Bac+2/3 in IT / Networks;
  • Professional experience level: experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Customer & Service Orientation, Autonomy & ability to manage stress.

Technical Skills:

  • General skills in customer relationship management;
  • Ability to detect, handle, and resolve Level 1 technical incidents;
  • Good command of Windows 8 & 10, MS Office Suite, and Outlook;
  • You are also bilingual (English, French).
