Job :
Under the responsibility of the IT manager, the IT support technician must supervise and maintain all aspects of the IT infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting and diagnosing network problems, collecting statistics on IT usage, formulating recommendations and improving IT systems, as well as routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.
- Manage network infrastructure (switches, servers, firewalls).
- Create groups in Active Directory to support projects/needs.
- Troubleshoot Active Directory domains and provide L3 support for incident management.
- Apply standard group security policies.
- Administer Zimbra messaging.
- Administer security solutions and ensure their smooth operation.
- Administer backups with Veeam Backup solution.
- Support the infrastructure providing data to end-users at their workstations (DFS, Login Script, File Share Service).
- Review capacity planning (share usage and forecasts).
Required profile :
- Minimum 1-2 years of infrastructure support.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of Active Directory infrastructure support.
- Minimum 1-2 years of Windows Server installation and support.
- Minimum 1-2 years of Linux solutions installation and support.
- Minimum 1-2 years in Zimbra messaging administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years in Veeam Backup administration.
- Proficiency in DNS, NTP, DHCP.
- Experience in Office365.
- Data management (CIFS, NTFS ACLs, DFS).
- Scripting (Visual Basic, PowerShell).
