Job :
Attached to the Rural Development Department, your missions will be:
- Supporting farmers in the internal equipment of their plots,
- Organizing and leading training sessions on reasoned irrigation and water management,
- Revitalizing Agricultural Water User Associations (AUEA),
- Supporting agricultural warnings,

Required profile :
- Holder of a diploma as a technician in rural engineering, Water Management and Control,
- More than 5 years of experience in the field,
- Proficiency in irrigation systems and agricultural hydraulic equipment.
- Knowledge of water resource management and conservation,
- Ability to lead and support water user associations,
- Ability to analyze and interpret climatic and hydraulic data,
- Good interpersonal skills and good communication abilities with farmers and partners,
- Dynamic, motivated, rigorous, autonomous and able to work in a team.
