Job :

You will report to the Agriculture and Rural Development Department and your missions will be:

• Monitoring and supervising farmers,
• Organizing and leading training sessions on reasoned irrigation and water management,
• Assisting farmers in managing their natural resources (water, soil, pastures),
• Support for agricultural advisories,

Required profile :

• Holder of a specialized technician diploma in animal production (mixed farming and livestock, etc.),
• More than 5 years of experience in the field,
• In-depth knowledge of livestock systems,
• Mastery of animal feeding and pasture management techniques.
• Management of animal diseases and application of sanitary measures.
• Knowledge of fodder crops and associated agricultural techniques.
• Management of natural resources (water, soil, biodiversity).
• Leading training sessions and agricultural outreach,
• Good communication skills with farmers and sector stakeholders,
