Job :
Attached to the Agriculture and Rural Development Department, your missions will be:
- Supporting farmers in equipping their plots internally,
- Organizing and leading training sessions on rational irrigation and water management,
- Revitalizing Agricultural Water Users' Associations (AUEA),
- Supporting agricultural warnings,

Required profile :
- Holder of a specialized technician diploma in vegetable production (agricultural, horticultural, polyculture, etc.),
- More than 5 years of experience in the field,
- In-depth knowledge of agronomy, horticulture, and polyculture.
- Mastery of vegetable production techniques (irrigation, fertilization, biological control, etc.).
- Ability to train and support farmers in the field.
- Skill in leading groups and energizing agricultural associations.
- Competence in conflict management and negotiation within an association framework.
- Ability to structure and manage agricultural development projects.
- Proficiency in computer tools for crop monitoring and report preparation.
- Writing technical materials and recommendations for farmers.
- Good oral and written communication skills for leading training sessions and meetings.
