Job :

Reporting to the Sales Department, your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop and build loyalty with a portfolio of carpenters, interior designers, kitchen manufacturers, and wood industry professionals.
• Promote our range of decorative panels, laminates, worktops, edge bands, hardware, and accessories.
• Provide technical advice to clients on product selection and use.
• Conduct technical demonstrations and product testing.
• Train carpenters on using our products and various wood working tools (machines, jigs, accessories, etc.).
• Organize and lead technical training sessions in showrooms or at client sites.
• Ensure regular reporting of your activities.
• Participate in trade shows, technical days, and company events.

Required profile :

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in wood, carpentry, interior design, industrial engineering, or a technical field.
• Previous sales or technical experience in the wood, interior design, or furniture sector is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of wood working and manufacturing techniques.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment commonly used in carpentry.
• Good interpersonal skills and a passion for sharing knowledge.
• Ability to lead technical training sessions.
• Customer service oriented.
• Autonomy, organization, and team spirit.
• A valid driver's license (Permis B) is required.

No in-depth expertise of our products is required upon hiring. The successful candidate will benefit from a complete training program provided in Morocco by our international industrial partners, allowing them to quickly acquire the technical and commercial skills necessary for success.
