Main Missions:
• Participate in the development of turnover per customer
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Build customer loyalty
Main Activities:
• Handle telephone reception for customers
• Listen and identify customer needs
• Advise and guide the customer in their choices by offering them products suited to their expectations
• Present and promote products
• Offer complementary products and achieve additional sales
• Record orders on JDE
• Make telephone follow-ups
• Provide customers with information about their orders and account status
• Inform customers of current promotions
• Record after-sales service requests and coordinate their treatment with the person in charge of after-sales service
• Regularly report information to management on: customer dissatisfaction regarding our offer, product quality, or service.
Reference Training:
Associate's degree (Bac+2) in Business Management, Commercial and Sales Techniques
Experience:
2 years or more in a commercial role is desirable
Job Skills:
• Argumentation and commercial negotiation skills
• Computer proficiency
• Listening and empathy
