Job :

ADM Value is launching a new BtoC collections campaign for a major telephone operator in France, and is hiring 7 advisors to strengthen the team starting September 21st.

No routine here: every interaction is a challenge to be met with method, composure, and a results-oriented approach. Your mission? To contact subscribers, clarify their situation, and help them regularize their accounts - firmly, but never aggressively.

Your daily tasks

• Contact subscribers by phone (outgoing calls)
• Clearly explain the situation: amount due, context, possible solutions
• Identify the reasons for delay and propose a suitable payment plan (immediate or staggered payment)
• Handle objections and de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally
• Ensure traceability of interactions and follow up on cases until closure

Required profile :

The profile we're looking for
No collections experience is required - what makes the difference is your phone skills and your determination.

• Excellent spoken French: clear, fluid, credible communication
• Firm yet respectful approach: you know how to get commitment without creating conflict
• Dynamic, sharp, results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with computer tools (data entry, tracking, CRM)
• Previous collections experience is a plus, but not required
