Job :

Join our partner, a well-known bank located in Casablanca/Sidi Maarouf, as our new Customer Service Advisor. Your role will be key in supporting our clients, with training provided by a high-performing team.

Your main tasks:

• Handle and process incoming customer calls;
• Support, guide, and inform clients about banking products and services;
• Respond to phone requests for information, complaints, and routine operations;
• Ensure impeccable service quality and optimal customer satisfaction;
• Contribute to customer loyalty by providing suitable solutions.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• High school diploma to Bachelor's/Master's degree, all fields combined;
• Beginners accepted / first experience in a call center is a plus;
• Excellent command of French, spoken and written;
• Good listening skills, interpersonal skills, and service-oriented attitude;
• Dynamic, rigorous, and able to handle stress;
• Basic knowledge of the banking sector is appreciated.
