Join our dynamic team in the energy sector, within a leading call center located in the heart of Casablanca. As a French-speaking Closer BtoC / BtoB M/F, your main mission will be to turn commercial opportunities into sales by closing deals with our prospects, thus actively contributing to our company's growth.

Your goals will be to exceed the set sales targets, maximize the conversion rate of qualified prospects, and build customer loyalty through relevant and effective sales approaches. Achieving your individual and collective objectives will be key to your success and that of the company.

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
• Present and explain our energy offers to potential clients.
• Close sales and finalize contracts.
• Follow up and manage your client portfolio.
• Meet and exceed set sales targets.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of our products and services.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.

Required profile :

Your background is marked by self-taught learning, highlighting your ability to learn and adapt quickly to market changes and our offers.

A 1 to 3 years of experience in call center roles, ideally in sales or customer relations, is highly valued. Your ease with phone communication and your ability to persuade will be major assets.
