Job :
The Test Lead's main missions are:
• To ensure the animation and operational management of their Squad, and support the development of their testers to meet the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management
• To define, organize, and conduct manual and automated test campaigns with the objective of quality
• To create, execute, monitor, and maintain manual and automated tests related to UAT and Smoke test packs according to technical and functional evolutions
• To ensure the overall validation of deliveries with Business - To be the guarantor of the quality of production deliveries
Required profile :
You have a Master's degree (Bac+4) and above, and 2 to 5 years of successful experience in a similar role
Good command of English, both written and spoken (international team)
Good understanding of the test cycle, from user requirement gathering to test design and execution, both manual and automated.
• Strong command of agile methods
• Proficiency in testing tools (knowledge of AzureDevops, JIRA…)
• Good knowledge of test automation tools: Selenium…
• Good knowledge of databases (SQL Server)
• Proficiency in reporting tools
• Good knowledge of Web Services
• Knowledge of scripting and development languages
