Job :

SPM is the group's new information system dedicated to packaging management. This system allows real-time tracking of packaging stock and the quantity in transit. It integrates all packaging movements, whether empty or full, in real time. The main challenge is the deployment of this system and its associated processes within the factories. To ensure that the system meets the initial requirements and needs, testing is necessary.

Mission:
The different activities assigned to the SPM Recipes team are as follows:

• Analysis of SFDs, extraction of requirements
• Writing and enriching functional test scenarios to validate the solution
• Performing functional tests and managing anomalies via JIRA
• Tracking the progress of JIRA tickets until their resolution
• Meetings with Business Leaders or local teams (deployed country subsidiaries) when needed for progress
• Maintaining recipe progress KPIs and workload estimation
• Participation in user support initiatives (interactions with the Daily Operations Team when necessary)
• Deployment and related training aspects: creation and updating of materials, training key users

Required profile :

Graduated with a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or equivalent university with a specialization in IT, or with equivalent significant experience.

Experience: 1 to 5 years.

• Communication (leading training sessions or workshops, preparing written materials)
• Excel (data tables, indicators, charts, VBA...)
• Planning management

• UAT (Testing): test cases and execution + anomaly tracking
• IT: functional development principles, SCRUM, data management
