Job :

Main Mission:

The Stream Leader Test is responsible for leading the team of testers, ensuring the quality of software products, and making sure that all testing activities are carried out in accordance with company standards.

He/She plays a key role in coordinating tests and in the continuous improvement of testing processes.

Objectives:

• Ensure that delivered products meet the defined quality criteria and are free from major defects.
• Ensure that tests are carried out efficiently and within the given deadlines.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize testing methodologies and tools used (according to client needs).

Main Activities:

Team Management:

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the team.
• Plan tasks according to project priorities.
• Evaluate team performance and identify training needs based on Skills Matrix with quarterly follow-up.
• Facilitate communication between the project manager (PM) and the team.
• Review team leave requests and approve them in consultation with the PM.

Activity Coordination:

• Develop and update activity plans in collaboration with client company teams.
• Ensure that environments are correctly configured and operational.
• Execute, supervise test execution, and ensure that all test scenarios are covered. (UAT)
• Meetings with Business Leaders or local teams (deployed country subsidiaries) when necessary for progress.
• Participation in user support initiatives (interactions with the Daily Operations Team when necessary).

Documentation and Reporting:

• Track performance indicators (KPI) in his/her area of responsibility.
• Document processes and test results. (UAT)
• Track detected anomalies and ensure their timely resolution.
• Process Improvement:
• Propose improvements to activity methodologies if necessary.

Required profile :

Profile sought

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Testing, IT, Supply Chain, Project Management, or equivalent.
• 1 to 5 years of proven experience in UAT, team management, or operational management.
• Language level: FR B2 / EN C1

Hard skills

• General knowledge of the Supply Chain
• IT environment, general principles of system integration and testing
• JIRA, SAP
