An IMPORTANT GROUP OF COMPANIES is looking for, as part of the development of its Retail activity:A Network of Stores Manager (M/F)POSITION BASED IN SAFI 

Job :

MAIN MISSIONS:

•  Definition and management of the group's Retail strategy: preparation, validation, implementation, and monitoring of execution.
•  Selection of locations and preparation of the sales outlet opening plan: choice, development, preparation, and opening.
•  Recruitment plan: preparation and definition of human resource needs, selection and recruitment, installation, and support.
•  Participation in setting up the necessary material and financial resources.
•  Participation in the development of the department's budget and monitoring its execution.
•  Leading management teams, setting their objectives, and evaluating performance.

Required profile :

PROFILE REQUIRED:

• Master's degree in business management, business school (5 years of higher education).
•  Minimum of 5 years of experience in a company management position (SME) or retail store management, preferably in home appliances, and if possible, participation in the preparation and opening of such retail stores. Experience within a retail chain management group would be appreciated.
•  Good command of Arabic, French, and English, both written and spoken.
•  Good knowledge of the home appliance sector, both in terms of supply and demand, and especially B2C and B2B business if possible.
•  Good experience in team management and leadership.
•  Proficiency in human and financial resource management.
•  Good experience in marketing and communication.
•  Proficiency with computer tools, the internet, e-commerce, and social media.
