Job :
- Conduct user research (interviews, observations, surveys) to identify needs, expectations, and pain points.
- Create personas and map user journeys.
- Analyze existing usage data (analytics, customer feedback) to inform product decisions.
- Facilitate co-design workshops.
- Define the information architecture and navigation structure of digital solutions.
- Design interactive and animated prototypes to simulate the final experience.
- Prepare and conduct user testing sessions to validate or adjust design choices.
- Write test reports.
Required profile :
With a higher education degree (Bachelor's to Master's level) in Digital Design, the candidate should demonstrate:
- Expert mastery of design and prototyping tools.
- Solid knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies, user research, and ideation workshops.
- Mastery of Web/Mobile usability criteria and digital accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills to explain and defend design choices pedagogically.
- Team spirit and ability to work in a collaborative and agile environment.
- Rigor, analytical skills, and synthesis abilities.
