Job :

• Welcome each client with courtesy, professionalism, and kindness.
• Identify client needs and offer personalized advice.
• Apply defined service standards
• Promote products on display for sale.
• Participate in store upkeep: tidiness, cleanliness, and merchandising
• Conduct inventory of points of sale monthly or when necessary.
• Ensure a quality customer experience
   

Required profile :

Minimum Associate's degree (Bac+2), ideally from a business school or sales-related training
Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
Previous sales experience is a plus
Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and a smile
Dynamic, autonomous, and team spirit
Interest in sales and customer relations
Availability (weekends and holidays according to schedule)
