Join the Cnexia teams for a stimulating role as a video content creator. Based at the heart of our operations, this position involves bringing a creative and technological dimension to our internal communications. Your mission will be to design innovative visual materials that captivate employees and support the dynamism of our direct sales, customer loyalty, and customer service segments.
The main goal is to transform business strategies into impactful visual experiences. It involves ensuring aesthetic and narrative excellence on every project to strengthen team engagement while strictly respecting the brand image. The intelligent use of new technologies, especially artificial intelligence tools, will be central to your approach to optimize the quality and effectiveness of the content produced.
Your daily work will be driven by the creation of various multimedia content, ranging from video editing to dynamic presentations:
- Produce high-quality videos and engaging PowerPoint presentations for incentive campaigns.
- Write compelling scripts based on professional storytelling techniques.
- Master digital platforms and creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, and Firefly.
- Integrate generative AI solutions to enhance visual output and improve production processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure content alignment with company priorities.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with constant attention to detail.
Required profile :
A Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication or equivalent experience, or any equivalent experience demonstrating mastery of visual tools, is required.
This position requires proven experience in multimedia content creation. Technical expertise in using the software of the Adobe Creative Suite is essential, as is a proven ability to adapt quickly to technological innovations and new workflows assisted by AI.

- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Great ease with emerging technologies and a passion for innovation.
- Strong sense of storytelling and the ability to structure captivating narratives.
