Position Summary
The Admissions and Outreach Assistant plays a critical role in attracting and enrolling talented students in the Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics & Business and the graduate program in Mathematics & Decision. This individual will develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives, manage the admissions process, and enhance the program's; visibility locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions Management
? Develop and oversee the entire admissions cycle, including application processing, evaluation, and decision-making.
? Manage applicant communications, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
? Collaborate with the Academic Program Coordinator to review admissions criteria and policies.
? Maintain an updated database of applicants and generate regular admissions reports.
Recruitment and Outreach
? Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
? Organize and participate in outreach activities, including school visits, university fairs, webinars, and open days.
? Build relationships with feeder schools, counselors, and external partners.
? Develop marketing materials and campaigns in collaboration with the communications team to promote the programs.
Stakeholder Engagement
? Collaborate with faculty and staff to align recruitment efforts with academic goals.
? Partner with alumni and current students to create engaging testimonials and outreach content.
? Represent the programs in networking events, conferences, and public forums.
Data and Insights
? Monitor recruitment and admissions trends to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
? Analyze data to identify key markets and demographics for targeted outreach.
? Generate insights on applicant pipelines to support enrollment forecasting.

Profil recherché :
Qualifications
Education
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience
? At least 3 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or higher education administration.
? Proven track record of designing and executing successful outreach campaigns.
Skills
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
? Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
? Proficiency in CRM tools and admissions management systems.
? Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.
? Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
? High organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
? Experience in international student recruitment.
? Knowledge of accreditation requirements and higher education systems.
