Poste :

You will be responsible for managing and enhancing the use of our suite of Atlassian tools for project management:

  • Managing user access to the Atlassian tools
  • Working with teams to improve processes through workflow and automation changes
  • Onboarding new projects and teams into the tools
  • Ensure that all integrations are working properly
  • Help teams with tracking and reporting to get the most out of the tools
  • Provide a functional support to users on project management tool
  • Ensuring best practices are being used across all instances
  • develop and share the best practices
  • Consolidate and analyze the monthly budget
  • Provide a monthly KPI reporting
  • Prepare TOP management monthly reporting meeting
  • Be responsible for the project methodology
  • Train new arrivals to the tools and project methodology

Profil recherché :


  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, IT Project Management or related field;
  • International experience is a plus (professional or educational);
  • +3 years of experience in IT business analysis;
  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience performing project management role on complex projects;
  • Experience in Business Analysis discipline;
  • Experience with Lean concepts and applying them in a technology environment;
  • Work organization;
  • Detail Oriented and analytics skills required;
  • Autonomy;
  • Team work and great Interpersonal skills


  • Mastery of project management techniques and tools (Gantt chart, WBS, etc.)
  • Mastery of project management software especially Atlassian tools Jira / Confluence
  • Technical and business English
  • IT and technological watch
  • master the management and planning tools
  • Risk management
  • Writing / producing documentation
  • Budget control and monitoring
  • Quality management and methods
