Located at the heart of the future Green City of Benguerir, Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), a higher education institution with an international standard, is established to serve Morocco and the African continent. It vision is honed around research and innovation at the service of education and development. This unique nascent university, with it state-of-the-art campus and infrastructure, has woven a sound academic and research network, and it recruitment process is seeking high quality academics and professionals in order to boost quality-oriented research environment in the metropolitan area of Marrakech.

As part of the development of it team, the School of Computer Science at the University Mohammed VI Polytechnic University « UM6P-CS » launches a call for job applications for the recruitment of BP Communication Manager Officer.
The ideal candidate should be able to promote the schools’s programs and events, and be capable of managing internal and external communications including general visibility, public relations, social media and media outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the strategic direction of the company's communication in terms of image, visibility, message and define the annual communication plan.
- Develop original communication strategies and plans.
- Promote our work on social media
- Elaborate the event strategy.
- Define the editorial and visual strategy
- Identify and promote the work of the school's contributors
- Validate the communication plan in its different aspects and supports : internal, external, corporate (annual report...), digital (websites, social networks...).
- Provide engaging text, image and video content like posts, articles, newsletters, and other communication materials for our social media accounts
- Carry out strategic and competitive intelligence work (positioning, communication policy, communication actions, etc.).
- Supervise the creation of internal and external media (brochures, leaflets, kits, posters, press kits and releases, newsletters, videos, podcasts, etc.).
- Collaborate with team members to maximize the target audience, engagement.
- Ensure external representation missions
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Respond to comments and messages
- Plan offline and online events
- Take photos and videos during events
- Website content manager
Profil recherché :
- Experience level of 2 years
- Bachelor Degree in communication, marketing, digital marketing, or other relevant university diploma
- Good knowledge about social media best practices
- Content creation capability
- Video Creation capability
- Professional writing
- Strong graphic design skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solver
- Spoken Languages : French, English, Arabic
