If you want to contribute to our building effort, join our team as a Career Advisor (position based in Benguerir).
Your missions will be as follows:
- Advise and guide students in individual interviews regarding their professional projects, job search, etc.
- Organize and deliver workshops on defining a professional project, CVs, and job search techniques.
- Give regular feedback to the pedagogical committees.
- Collect the support and coaching needs from the different UM6P schools.
- Actively contribute to designing the Career Center training program (description, resources mobilized, planning, budgeting).
- Plan the training workshops by coordinating with coaches and school program officers.
- Supervise the smooth running of the workshops (logistics, attendance monitoring, participant satisfaction evaluation, collection of special requests, etc.).
- Manage the integration of course and assessment materials on the online platform.
- Follow the progress of students enrolled in the Career Center workshops.
- Manage, in collaboration with team members, CV corrections and applications for internship and job offers on the dedicated platform.
Profil recherché :
Requirements:
We are looking for a committed person, passionate about advising students and project management, ideally in an academic environment, and with a great sense of listening to support the different educational entities in terms of integrating their students.
For this position, the requirements are:
• 3 years minimum experience in career advising (preferably with students).
• A Bac+5 diploma, master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field of studies.
• The ability to communicate fluently in French and English.
• Ease of using software and digital management tools.
