Poste :

The Communications Lead will be working within the Comm’s Office Team and will be responsible for creating and managing communications plans designed towards engaging external stakeholders, promoting key UM6P activities nationally and internationally, promoting UM6P brand and sharpening its reputation.

On a day to day basis, your role as Communications Lead will involve:

• Develop the external communications strategy in alignment with university guidelines and in collaboration with internal and external partners,
• Manage and create communication plans and deliver creative comms to external stakeholders
• Develop and manage comms across different channels, including media, social media and website.
• Create content in different publications raising the UM6P profile and brand image
• Attend conferences and events to promote the University,
• Define, maintain and conduct analytics reporting and extract key insights for future communications plans, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
• Analyse market insights and trends to build successful strategies
• Manage a multidisciplinary team in charge of external communications and media

Profil recherché :

• Bac+5 in Communication or Marketing
• Previous experience within a Communications Lead / Manager position
• Experience in marketing and developing creative communications plans
• Able to deliver against organisation goals
• Experience of public relations and promotional activities
• Able to design engaging communications for key activities
• Highly creative and able to deliver engaging content
• Confident communication style
• Collaborative, adaptive and engaging
