UM6P’s Executive Education Science & Technology has as mission to provide support and the necessary services to the different departments S&T to promote their executive training offer, in particular through the implementation of tools and mechanisms necessary for the development of their activity.

The ExEd S&T adopts a mode of operation centered on the internal (departments and schools) and external (corporate, public institutions, etc.) client. In this sense, its mission is to set up a service center that offers both the transfer of scientific and technological knowledge, openness to the network of UM6P experts and the co-production of value-creating projects.

In order to strengthen its communication and promotion action for the various offers, the ExEd S&T is recruiting a Community Management Officer

In this sense, the role of the incumbent will be to design and organize all or part of events, in order to serve the communication needs of Executive Education S&T.

The candidate should be a people person who is capable of creating content that will drive traffic and who has excellent oral and written communication skills which will help us develop engaging content and acquire new subscribers.

The ideal candidate has strong media relationships across tech, should be able to promote the entity’s products and events, and be capable of managing internal and external communications including general visibility, public relations, social media and media outreach strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging text, image and video content like posts, articles, newsletters and other communications materials for our social media accounts

• Organize social media feeds 

• Drive traffic and acquire new subscribers

• Promote our work on social media

• Respond to comments and messages

• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews

• Write press releases

• Develop original communication strategies and plans

• Collaborate with team members to maximize customer engagement

• Plan offline and online events

• Represent our entity at events when needed

• Taking photos and videos during events

• Research to keep an up-to-date knowledge of the industry

• Submit regular reports 

Profil recherché :

Bachelor Degree in journalism, communication, marketing, digital marketing, or other relevant university diploma
