Poste :
The Project Management Officer (PMO) will be responsible for various administrative and organizational tasks within the CoreLabs and directly related to the head of department. He will be in charge of planning and monitoring operational needs, including resource acquisition, records management, and coordination of activities related to the structure's platforms and project management."
Main responsibilities:
• Assist the CoreLab divisions in daily administrative management.
• Follow the department's project planning and coordination procedures.
• Organize and maintain administrative and project management files.
• Prepare and submit the necessary documents for calls for tenders and other administrative procedures.
• Monitor administrative processes in conjunction with the competent authorities.
• Write and compile periodic reports on the department's activities.
• Facilitate internal communication and coordination between the division's different teams.
• Support the development and implementation of CoreLab’s management and organizational strategies.
• Planning the organization of internal and external events, in conjunction with the leads of the CoreLab divisions.
Profil recherché :
Profile requirement:
• Master degree or Ph.D in science, or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.
• Good command of IT tools (MS Office, management software).
• Excellent communication skills including written and oral presentation skills in Arabic, French and English language.
• Attention to detail, with an overview of the institution's objectives
