Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our digital learning programs, targeting prospective students, professionals, and lifelong learners.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, competitors, and industry trends, utilizing this information to refine marketing strategies.
Create and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
Optimize campaign performance by monitoring key metrics, analyzing data, and making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to develop engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, and email newsletters.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and storytelling across various channels.
Manage social media channels and create compelling content to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Foster a vibrant online community by engaging with prospects and students, responding to inquiries, and moderating discussions.
Track and analyze digital marketing metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in marketing efforts.
Utilize web analytics tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with faculty, marketing team members, and external partners to ensure alignment of messaging and campaigns with the goals and values of the business school.
Work closely with the admissions team to support lead generation and conversion efforts, providing them with relevant marketing materials and insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, web analytics tools, and social media management platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Analytical mindset with a strong aptitude for data analysis and reporting, leveraging insights to drive informed decision-making.
Creativity and the ability to think strategically while executing tactical plans.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Knowledge of current trends and advancements in digital marketing and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
Passion for education and a genuine interest in promoting digital learning programs.
