About Entrepreneur Academy
Entrepreneur Academy is The Education and Training Program in Entrepreneurship of UM6P.
We serve Students (UM6P, High and Middle school), Faculty, Executives and all types of aspiring african (in)entrepeneur.
Our Vision is to cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and provide skills and tools to aspiring african (in)entrepreneurs.
Our Mission is to design customized and tailored programs that developp student’s mindset and practical skills by giving them tools and fundamentals to identify, evaluate and execute an entrepreneurial opportunity.
Job/Project description:
As part of the human resource development, Entrepreneur Academy is recruiting 2 Entrepreneurial coaches whose responsibilities are presented below:
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, and schedules.
- Coordinating between the stakeholders and partners.
- Preparing progress reports.
- Delivering of entrepreneurial trainings.
- Working with idea holders from ideation phase to the creation of their startups.
- Providing the necessary resources and information on how to start and/or grow a business.
- Inspiring a culture of entrepreneurship by providing professional, individual guidance to local entrepreneurs including new start-ups and small business holders.

Profil recherché :
Qualifications and experience:
- A University diploma in business, entrepreneurship, or innovation or related discipline.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Training and or experience in community economic development.
- Experience in facilitation and collaborative teaching environments.
- Interest in social impact and entrepreneurship.
- Strong communication skills including written and oral presentation skills in French and English language.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Self-motivated.
