Poste :

Opportunity location: Marrakech/Benguerir
Role and main responsibilities:
• Identify and understand the client’s requirements and expectations
for each event.
• Suggesting venues and preparing events’ setups
• Planning event with key stakeholders from UM6P & OCP with the
client’s needs in mind
• Approving food venues and catering menus
• Arranging for event decor and security
• Managing visitors travel and lodging
• Coordinating presentation rooms and AV equipment with IT team
• Taking care of guests’ needs and supporting them if needed
• Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure
everything adheres to the client’s standards.

• Degree in hospitality management or relevant field is preferred
• Experience as event coordinator is preferred
• Fluent in Arabic/French and English (Any other language is a plus)
