Poste :

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Payroll & Administration: Direct the complete payroll cycle, validating all inputs (variables, overtime, deductions, bonuses) to guarantee accuracy. Oversee all employee lifecycle documentation, including contracts, amendments, leave, attendance, and terminations.

Compliance & Institutional Relations: Ensure strict adherence to Moroccan labor laws and social regulations. Manage mandatory declarations (CNSS, taxes) and act as the primary liaison for labor inspections, audits, insurance companies, and external authorities.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and develop the HR administration and payroll team. Distribute workloads efficiently, monitor performance, and ensure strict adherence to payroll deadlines.

Advisory & Employee Relations: Handle complex employee claims and disciplinary procedures. Provide expert legal and HR counsel to management regarding personnel administration and employment matters.

Process Optimization & Reporting: Identify risks and implement corrective actions to improve HR procedures. Generate accurate dashboards regarding headcount, payroll costs, and absenteeism, coordinating closely with the Finance department for payroll validation and accounting.

Profil recherché :

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law, or a related field.

Experience: 7–10 years of proven experience in HR administration and payroll management as a Manager, Deputy, or Supervisor. Must have significant experience managing operations for a massive workforce (4,000+ employees preferred).

Technical Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of Moroccan labor law, CNSS frameworks, and payroll taxation. Strong proficiency in HRIS/payroll software and Advanced Excel.

Languages: Fluent French and Arabic required; good command of English required.
