As an integral part of the Human Shared Service Center, the HR Ops Data Analyst and Payroll Officer could intervene both on the HR data aspect and on the payroll administration scope.
Part of their activities could be dedicated to the collect, compilation and analysis of HR data, metrics, and statistics, to support COEs in their decisions and processes.
The other part of the activities could be focus on Payroll Management for AXA GO entities around the world.
Regarding the needs of the HR SSC team, the HR Ops Data Analyst and Payroll Officer may have to intervene punctually on transversal HR Admin activities.
Main Responsibilities :
- Collect, compilation and analysis of HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs
- Support Performance&Reward teams with relevant analysis & reports related to Compensation (NAO/Gender Pay Gap/LTI profiles updates)
- Creating HR reporting to meet requestors needs.
- Work with HRIS to perform reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data integrity
- Liaising with the HR Operations office for Governance and synchronization with the different teams to contribute to global strategy of HR Operations & Transformation, simplification and harmonisation of our processes and activities
- Collect and coordinate to data payroll teams
- Control payroll reports
- Ensure good data quality in the HR tools with frequent synchronization with relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with the HR operation officer for synchronization
