We are pleased to inform that we are looking for an HR Proximity Specialist to join HR department in YAZAKI Tangier.
Ensure the recruitment of direct operators in accordance with the provisional recruitment plan
Ensure the Induction training (internal rules, code of conduct…)
Manage employee personal files
Participate in the LL pool preparation & development
Prepare internal competitions
Prepare of administrative documents (advance, W. certificate, Stc….).
Follow up and manage of temporary contract program (CFA/ANAPEC)
Integrate of personal data on ONE HR for new recruits
Update on ONE HR (Creation of a new position, Creation of job requisition, Termination...)
Treat of time and attendance system abnormalities and control of daily absences
Manage post adaptations with the medical service
Manage of long-term medical certificate
Investigate & follow up the Absence investigation
Monitor HR interface of Prodmon “Production monitoring system”
Treat & Solve GEMBA daily problems & provide Feedbacks
Follow up the Claims (Transport,canteen, ,Medical insurance,, CNSS)
Provide Social assistance for sickness cases
Monitor of motivation actions (events, special days, etc.)
Implement the suggestion system and follow-up of related action plans
Collaborate with other departments for the smooth running of work
Establish a relationship of trust with middle management and ensure that they comply with internal work rules and instructions…
Profil recherché :
Level of studies: BAC+ 5 in HR or Management...
Experience: At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in a leadership role.
Language: Fluent speaker of French and English.
