Poste :

Job Purpose:
The HR Team Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources management, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and compliance with local labor laws. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and organizational development while fostering a positive work environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy:
• Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to build a high-performing organizational culture that aligns with company goals.
Compliance and Legal:
• Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s HR policies and practices are compliant.
• Advise management on labor law issues, contracts, and other HR-related matters.
• Ensure that all employee documentation is legally compliant, including contracts, payroll records, and terminations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective work conditions and compliance with organizational policies.
• Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) expectations (IATF 16949), internal procedures, work standards, and rules related to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001), and 5S standards.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications (CSR).
HR Reporting:
• Prepare and submit regular HR reports to management on employee performance, absenteeism, turnover, and other HR metrics.
• Track and analyze employee absences, turnover, and retention rates, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
Recruitment and Staffing:
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other sourcing channels.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, enabling employees to integrate effectively into the company culture.
Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and organize relevant development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
• Coordinate with external training providers to ensure employees receive specialized skills training.
• Develop and implement career progression plans for high-potential employees to foster long-term retention.
• Lead the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS), including the Performance & Development Process (PDP) and employee development programs.
• Develop the annual Communication and Motivation program and activities to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
 

Profil recherché :

• Level of studies: Bac+5 in Human Ressources Management
• Experience : Min 6 years of experience in HR management or leadership role (preferably in Automotive Industry)
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws and regulations.
• Leadership and team management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic, French and English
