Poste :

 

  • Coordinating with the Human Resources Department in the recruitment process and staff capacity development according to the needs of the department and upon internal procedures
  • Implementing and coordinating periodic review management 
  • Maintains all records pertaining to staff, consultants, interns and/or volunteers, including position descriptions, contracts of employment, interships reports
  • Ensures that policies are fully implemented and performance management and other such staff issues are addressed appropriately in line with UM6P's procedures
  • Maintains the department culture, values and reputation with all staff, partners, and regulatory/official bodies
  • Identifies key issues related to organisational development, capacity building and learning processes within the department and make recommendations to management to address relevant issues requiring a response
  • Prepare and organize annual meetings, quarterly meeting follow up, teambuilding and activities upon national calendar
  • Maintain physical and digital records up to date related to E&V performance review meetings and assessments 
  • Maintain a strong database of potential E&V profiles in coordination with HR department
  • Actively coordinates logistic works in planning and implementation pursuant to the department strategies and annual plans
  • Manages all monitoring, reporting and communication in regard to assets and related physical resources, inventory register & physical count and be active about identifying resource issues in developing budgets
  • Ensures all information and communication technology needs of the team are met by efficient, effective, and accessible solutions
  • Ensures that the logistic support for organisation and program operation is provided adequately (travel booking, flights booking, catering, hotels, meeting rooms, endowments)
  • Work well in closely with Finance for all expenses to have enough support for finance report follow up
  • Assist the management with any administrative support as requested or delegated

 

Profil recherché :

Profil: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Human Resource management.
  • At least 3-5 years in the same area
  • Training on HR & administration is preferable.
  • Practice with respect to administration and human resource management
  • Detailed understanding of HR & Administration processes, principles of management
  • Good level influencing and negotiation skills
  • Good written and spoken in French, Arabic and English language skills
  • Good level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of computer skills (systems and applications)
