Responsability :

Improvement aspect : Provide necessary technical support to all improvement project held in the plant

Jishuken : -Participate in the European activities of the new Yazaki system "Lean manufacturing and contunus improvement" .

-Ensure the management of continuous improvement projects.
-Monitor the progress of action plans for continuous improvement projects.
-Promote the capitalization of know-how and the sharing of best practices.

Technical : -Prepare a master plan of all industrial engineering activities & ensure its effectiveness

-Ensure all communications with BU & Central functions
-Prepare & participate to the workshops
-Ensure the front loading activity
-Coordinate industrial engineering activity
-Provide the needed technical support to all support functions
-Ensure that all process best practices are well known by the team & applied in new developped concept  

Profil recherché :

Requirments :

*Engineering degree : industrial engineering / Mechanical or Electrical Field .

*Minimum 5 years experience in automotive industry as IE or Product Engineer/Coordinator .

*Very good Leadership skills : able to manage a large team.

*Good interpersonal skills .

*Ability to work in a team environment .

*Ability to work under stress & in different topics at once (Multitask ).

*Fluent English & French : written & spoken .

*Disciplined , well organized , patient .
