Poste :

As part of our growing operations in Morocco, we are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the IT function and ensure its alignment with business objectives. Reporting directly to the management team, you will play a strategic role in driving business value through technology, ensuring robust systems, secure infrastructure, and high-quality IT services.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong engagement with business stakeholders and direct management of an in-house IT team.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead, coach, and develop the internal IT team (support, infrastructure, ERP, digital projects).

Define priorities, allocate resources, and monitor performance.

Business Partnership:

Act as a strategic partner to the management team, ensuring IT solutions support business growth.

Translate business needs into effective IT strategies and solutions.

Systems & Infrastructure Oversight:

Manage and optimize ERP systems (Navision 6, MVBC, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O – highly valued).

Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.

IT Service Management:

Implement and maintain ITIL best practices for effective service delivery.

Establish and monitor IT KPIs to track service quality and efficiency.

Projects & Innovation:

Drive digital and technology initiatives that improve operations and customer experience.

Stay ahead of emerging technologies relevant to the retail sector.

Profil recherché :

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• At least 9 years of proven experience in directly managing IT teams, in a multinational.
• Strong expertise in IT Service Management and technology project leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Solid background in ERP systems (Navision, MVBC, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O strongly preferred).
• Business-oriented mindset, able to act as a strategic partner to management.
• Experience in retail or distribution environments is a significant advantage.

Role is on-site, based in Morocco (not remote).
