Poste :

• 'Create blueprint or specification for an IT solution. Create specification, diagrams and models to guide custom software development.
• Develop processes and procedures to facilitate improved software usage such as automating repetitive tasks, and to facilitate interaction with applicable operating systems
• 'Build new IT solution (e.g. customizing and developments) triggered by Incidents, Changes, Problems or Projects. Coordinate and steer others (developers, external/internal consultants) within area of responsibility (e.g. workpackage, function etc).
• Align with requester (e.g. key user) for testing and quality assurance, support of deployment and provide proper documentation.
• Define project plan and strategies to follow to give an application solution based on business requirements, ensure proper handling of scope, quality, time and budget. Do inform the assigned Project Manager about progress and status according to IT-AM framework; update Service Now in time (e.g. status reports) in given times as agreed within the IT-AM.
• Develops skills to operate key applications and provide application support to ensure smooth adoption of technology, including supporting application documentation and training, as needed
• Actively gain knowledge in the assigned area if any changes appear or if a new process is implemented. Support in review a changed / new documentation. Create a documentation if needed and ensure that this stored on a central storage as defined.
• Provides cont. improvements in the particular area of expertise and activily push those ideas to the IT organization up to getting a decision on further steps as implementation. 
• Communicate and align with requester and stakeholder as overall contact person, use escalation procedure in case of disagreements.
  Train other persons in the area (primarely IT knowledge transfer; business trainings are possible on request if useful) and ensure creating / usage of proper training material.
• Ensure clear communication/ escalation with other colleagues, project managers and leading manager

Profil recherché :

Studies Level: Bachelor Degree

Experience: 3 to 5 years in similar area
