Poste :

* Maintain Business Network and systems:
- Provide a high level of first-time fix for all incidents and requests
- Diagnose and provide support on computer system problems, including correcting, repairing, servicing, examining, installing and troubleshooting computer hardware, printers, and other peripherals...
- Perform initial Set up, Installation, configuration to a wide range of software and hardware which may include Desktops, Laptops, Printers and SAP systems...
- Perform hardware and software maintenance
- Monitor computer software and hardware operating status
- Manage computer operation and maintaining IT equipment
- Assist users with computer/software problems
- Support IT team
- Ensure that CIT standards and LIT rules are applied
- Other assigned tasks...
* Health and safety:
- Follow up the application of health and safety rules in his work area and inform the concerned department of any non-respected rules.
