Poste :

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:


  • Manage the application review process for doctoral programs, overseeing communication with applicants, faculty, and staff.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of student admissions, enrollments, program/course schedules, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, lectures, seminars, and events related to doctoral programs.
  • Contribute to program promotion and marketing efforts, including organizing webinars and providing information to prospective students.
  • Coordinating the new professor onboarding process.
  • Managing Faculty recruitment for various positions.
  • Communicating with candidates and handling job offers.
  • Supporting Faculty in identifying training and development needs.
  • Organizing logistics for research events and maintaining related documentation.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation of Faculty affairs activities.
  • Facilitating access to relevant documentation for Faculty.
  • Acting as a liaison between different departments for seamless communication.
  • Assisting in managing files and projects across various departments.


Location: ABS has its main campus in Rabat/Salé Technopolis and is a part of Mohamed IV Polytechnic University (UM6P) in Ben Guerir, Morocco, near Marrakesh.

This position is based in Salé Campus in Technopolis.



Profil recherché :

Preferred Qualifications :


  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 years of related experience.
  • Other Requirements


Some experience in an academic environment.

• Proven organizational and administrative skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Arabic

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Working knowledge of database software and student information systems

• Ability to work collaboratively

• Ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Knowledge of academic program management and related systems

• Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulations

• Experience in event planning, marketing, or public relations are a plus.
