Poste :

Main Responsabilities : 

NYS Definition: NYS is known as lean mamangement in other companies. It is Yazaki way lean management.The purpose is to contribute continuous company profit improvement.

• Prepare theoretical NYS training documents 
• Prepare theoretical NYS training documents for remote trainings
• Provide remote theoretical NYS trainings for the targeted group Yazaki employees
• Provide on site theoretical NYS trainings for the targeted group Yazaki employees
• Prepare practical NYS training concept (Documents, videos, case study, simulation, games etc.)
• Provide practical NYS tranings for the targeted group Yazaki employees
• Proceed purchasing of all trainings tools (paper, pen, folder etc.) before practical training
• Prepare needed print-outs before practical training
• Organize/perform physical setup of the practical training area (Chairs, boards, projector, microphone etc.)
• Organize/perform entertainment activities during practical trainings (Dinner, city tour, birthdays etc.)
• Organize/perform kick-off, closing meetings, certificate distribution ceremony  preparations of the practical trainings.
• Organize travel and accomodation of trainees
• Organize video recording, editing and publishing of NYS trainings
• Evaluate and report the skill level of trainees after theoretical and practical trainings
• Inform NYS Jishuken promotion team regarding skill level of trainees and coordinate updating the skill level of Jishuken members (as an input to Jishuken activities)
• Prepare plant NYS homework schedule after practical trainings with NYS promoters
• Follow-up plant NYS homework and report
• Report annual status of NYS homework scedule
• Prepare skill map of all targeted group Yazaki employees annualy
• Prepare activity schedule to achive targeted skills annualy for all targeted group Yazaki eployees
• Report quartely the status of skill map and activity status for all targeted group Yazaki eployees
• Prepare NYS license distribution plan annualy 
• Prepare activity and exam schedule for the NYS license applicants annualy
• Report quarterly the status of NYS license applicants schedule
• Prepare evaluation test/project for each theoretical and practical trainings in advance
• Evaluate and report test/project results per traning (theoretical & practical)
• Prepare certificates and licences per training (theoretical & practical)
• Inform NYS Jishuken promotion team regarding skill map of trainees and coordinate updating the skill level of Jishuken members (as an input to Jishuken activities)
• Communicate with NYS Jishuken promotion about annual Jishuken plan and coordinate updating the skill map of all targeted group of Yazaki employees (to ensure needed skill of Jishuken teams in advance)

Level of studies: Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar

Language: Fluent English
