Poste :

General Warhouse management (Finished Goods and the packaging) : 

• Ensuring the finish goods reception, collection and sorting timely;
• Ensuring the finish goods packaging reception, storage, cleaning, delivering and sorting timely;
• Ensuring the timely entry of the receiving and dispatching into SAP system;
• Ensuring the loading of the correct finish goods in line with the loading list and the shipping plan;
• Ensuring the preparation and the dispatching of the outbound documents;
• Working closely with quality for prompt quality checking; 
• Ensuring the FG invoicing.

Execution of cycle counts and full stock takes in the outbound warehouse :

• Issuing immediately abnormal inventory situations to the production control & planning team;
• Performing weekly cycle counts and providing 100% accurate inventory physical record;
• Performing the full stock take in line with the defined planning and providing 100% accurate inventory physical record;
• Analysing the gaps and taking necessary preventive and corrective actions;
• Ensuring 100% absolute FG stock integrity.

Team Management : 

• Promoting the working spirit of the team;
• Training up the team members to achieve the company's requirement;
• Developping the performance and the discipline of the team.

KPI / Management reporting :

• Issuing the daily report of the finish goods stock level;
• Seeking for logistics costs optimization opportunities;
• Ensuring the targeted truck density;
• Ensuring permanent optimization of packaging density;
• Ensuring the acheivement of the targeted stock days ...

Profil recherché :

Training :

• Bac+5 in Supply chain management, Logistics or similar

Experience :

• Minimum 2 Years experience within a similar position
