Mission:
You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with external partners and stakeholders. This may include working with businesses, organizations, universities and government agencies to identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration, funding, and other types of support.

- Identifying and cultivating new partnerships and collaborations
- Managing and nurturing existing partnerships
- Developing and implementing strategies to build relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Coordinating and leading partnership-related activities and initiatives
- Providing guidance and support to university staff on contract-related issues
- Reviewing, Negotiating and drafting partnership agreements and contracts –
- Working with other university departments and teams to ensure that the terms of contracts and agreements are being met
- Coordinating the renewal or termination of contracts as needed
- Ensuring that contracts and agreements are legally sound and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of all contracts and agreements
- Representing the university at events and meetings with external partners and stakeholders
- Identifying and managing potential risks and conflicts related to contracts and agreements
Profil recherché :
Required Profil:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the same field
- Master degree
- Good communication skills both in english and french
