PERSONAL ASSISTANT MAIN ACTIVITIES
As a Personal Assistant your main activities are:
Provide personal support and assistance to executive staff by organizing their activity and accomplishing all that is needed to facilitate its day-to-day missions, such as agenda and mailbox management, organization of meetings and workshops, offsites, support in travel arrangements, when necessary, as well as anticipation of team facilitation and support on ad-hoc department and/or activities.
Perform frequently a range of administrative tasks, such as support in expense reporting, time-tracking and IT incident management.
Work internationally to organize complex and global meetings, events and engagement activities when needed.
Contribute to team cohesion, team knowledge base and best practices, actively participate to the team governances.
