Poste :

Maintaining the inventory data and inventory improvement :

• Ensuring material receiving, collection and sorting timely;
• Working closely with Quality for prompt quality checking;
• Execution of cycle counts and full stock takes in warehouse in line with internal procedures;
• Providing timely and accurate Inventory Physical record;
• Ensuring absolute stock integrity  >99,98 %;
• Issuing immediately  abnormal inventory situations to the raw material Planning Team; 
• Ensuring the timely  entry of the receiving and collections into SAP system;
• Ensuring  timely raw material preparation for all  deliveries to production subcontractors/satellites;
• Ensuring 0 production line stop;
• Ensuring 0 quality issues;
• Implementing  Lean activitie;
• Reducing and maintaining limited inventory for indirect materials;
• Processing  actions for improving the KPIs;
• KPI / Management reporting;
• Supporting New projects Launch;
• Analysing the needs in term of ressources , equipements, space  & processes to fullfil cutomer requierements;
• Maintaining Kanban Control Cycles to meet the objectives in term of optimizing the inventory and fullfllinf production requirement.

Define infrastructure needs in warehouse :

• Ensuring cyclical Training to the  team members in the aim of  achieving the company's requirements;
• Follow up for all the points retated to forklift Driver (Training , Qualification, ....);
• Promoting the team work spirit;
• Developping  the team's Performance  and Discipline.

Profil recherché :

Training :

• Bac+5 Logistics, Supply chain management or similar

Experience :

• Minimum 5 Years experience within a similar position
