Poste :
The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for leading and overseeing the project management function within the Digital Ecosystem Office, reporting to the Chief Digital Officer. The PMO is tasked with performance management, creation, updating, and monitoring of overall and specific dashboards, as well as managing cross-functional and strategic projects. The PMO will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project management function for the Digital Ecosystem Office.
- Develop and implement project management policies, processes, procedures, and standards for the office.
- Define and maintain project management best practices and methodologies.
- Manage cross-functional and strategic projects within the office.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and frameworks.
- Manage the performance of the Digital Ecosystem Office through the creation, updating, and monitoring of overall and specific dashboards.
- Implement and manage project management software.
- Collaborate with various entities within the office to align projects and ensure resources are available and efficiently used.
- Provide guidance and training on project management practices to all stakeholders within the office.
Profil recherché :
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, focusing on cross-functional and strategic projects.
- Proven experience in developing digital ecosystems is a must.
- Experience in implementing project management software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
