Poste :
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Program/Projects life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the research office and industry partners.
- Identify and cultivate collaborations with potential industry collaborators.
- Promote research capabilities and technologies of the department to external stakeholders.
- Assist in the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, including contracts and MOUs.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among researchers, faculty, and industry representatives.
- Organize outreach activities,thematic events, workshops, and networking events including the related preparatory arrangements and logistics.
- Manages the day-to-day project activities and resources and facilitates the project management team meetings.
- Collect and analyze data on industry trends and opportunities to inform research initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing collaborations and partnerships.
- Develop and promote training programs based on industry requirements.
- Develop communication means including wesite, newsletter, social media to Promote research and education programs of the department
Profil recherché :
Profile & qualifications:
- Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques
- Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Good communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to the change.
- Experience in drafting and submitting budget proposals/Business plans and recommending subsequent budget proposal and changes where necessary
